In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR that approves the Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies, Cusco Andean Hike has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way we ratify our code of organizational ethics and firmly reject, denounce and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Perú and the world.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing further?

Maintain an attitude of rejection of ESNNA, warn of the prison sentence.

Immediately report all cases of ESNNA to the Public Ministry or the National Police.

• National Police (Nearest police station).

We accept, subscribe and promote the law that punishes the malpractice of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.

In this Agency

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents; nor any other criminal offense of which we become aware in the development of our activity in accordance with Law N°. 29408.

If you know of any case of sexual exploitation in minors under 18 years of age, do not hesitate to report it.
